WHAT I'VE
DONE

Leandro is currently a Music Supervisor for Norwegian Cruise Line. He has installed shows across multiple vessels for both Norwegian and Oceania Cruise Lines. His credits include Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, Kinky Boots, Burn the Floor, Syd Norman's Pour House, and The Choir of Man, where he serves as resident Music Director. A core focus of his work is helping vocalists develop strong, healthy, and sustainable technique that can be maintained throughout the length of their contracts.
After graduating from college, Leandro moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he joined the Renaissance International School of Performing Arts as a Voice Teacher and Music Director. During his time there, many of his students reached final callbacks for Broadway productions. A few went on to book roles in shows such as Tuck Everlasting, Violet, and The Addams Family.
From 2013 to 2016, Leandro served as Resident Music Director at RWS Entertainment Group in New York City. He led music direction for the Holland America Line division, including developing new shows, installing them on board multiple ships, and directing replacement casts. He was also the vocal arranger for twelve of their productions, as well as A Music Box Christmas at HersheyPark.
Before his time at RWS, and continuing today, Leandro has worked as a Music Director for the Broadway Dreams Foundation. This role has allowed him to accompany and collaborate with a variety of Broadway artists. He has traveled with the BDF team to cities including Atlanta, Omaha, Philadelphia, New York City, Charlotte, Los Angeles, and Hartford.

Leandro is the most fun and dedicated vocal coach I’ve had. He really knows and understands what he talks about. His knowledge for each individual's voice is extensive and will go above and beyond for you. He is eccentric, supportive, personable to say the least.
I highly recommend him!
